Born in the hills of the Langhe in Piedmont, Nebbiolo produces wines of remarkable depth, structure, and elegance — wines that reward patience and tell the story of their vineyard with every glass.
For this special evening, we invite you to explore a curated selection of exceptional Barolos from some of Piedmont’s most respected producers, drawn from what is widely regarded as one of the finest vintages of the past few decades.
To accompany the wines, Chef James, together with Aurélie, has created a bespoke seasonal menu designed specifically to highlight the structure, perfume, and complexity of Nebbiolo.
Each course has been carefully conceived to elevate the wines and reveal their nuances throughout the evening, offering a natural progression that complements the evolution of these remarkable bottles.
