As part of our ongoing and long-term relationship with our friends at Pearl Morissette, Vintage Conservatory members are invited for a members-only evening, on February 9, 2023, at Restaurant Pearl Morissette in Jordan, ON.  

Located in the heart of the Niagara region, Restaurant Pearl Morissette is an ambitious fine dining experience, featuring an ever-changing seasonal menu. Founded on a holistic approach to regenerative practices and processes, they rely on regional ingredients that reflect the places where they were grown and the people who cultivated them - working with our regional purveyors and their own gardens, their food and wine offerings are a reflection of both the local ecosystem and the land we inhabit.  

They offer a multi-course menu for $176 CAD per person (plus tax) with additional wine and juice pairings available upon request, as well as their regular cellar wine list for bottle selections at an additional cost. The cost per person of dining cost is paid upon booking.

We recommend staying at the beautiful 124 on Queen , Niagara on the Lake.
