About the Event
This special dinner is dedicated to the art of lamb. In collaboration with The Butcher Shoppe, we’ve hand-selected premium cuts to showcase the versatility and elegance of this noble meat.
Curated by our chef, the four-course menu explores three cuts, three styles of cooking:
Crisp Lamb Samosa with fig sauce & young greens
Rack of Lamb in Herb Crust with silky squash purée
Cacciatora d’Agnello, rustic Italian hunter’s style
A refreshing White Peach Sorbet by Yeaen
