VC has partnered with The Butcher Shoppe to bring you an exclusive 4-part steak education series. A Butcher Shoppe specialist will walk you through the various cuts and bring steak appreciation to a new level. Upon completion, members will graduate with a 'Steakology' designation.

About the Event
VC has partnered with The Butcher Shoppe to bring you an exclusive 4-part steak education series through a blind tasting with each member receiving 20 Oz of beef.
A specialist from the Butcher Shoppe team will be present to walk us through the various cuts and bring steak appreciation to a new level. Upon completion, members will graduate with a 'Steakology' designation and be fully armed to select the perfect steak.
Tickets for individual tastings are $200 per segment and discounted at $700 for the series.
Series dates are as follows with dinner scheduled to start at 6:30pm.
- Part 1: April 3rd- Regions: Local & Natural; Prime; Australian Wagyu; Premium Japanese Wagyu
- Part 2: May 1st- Grades: AAA; Angus; Prime; Wagyu
- Part 3: June 5th- Cuts: Hanger; Porterhouse; Skirt; Flat Iron
- Part 4: July 17th- Aging: Dry Aging vs. Wet Aging
