About the Event
Paolo Cianferoni of Caparsa crafts intensely soulful, deliciously distinctive Sangiovese in the wild hills of Radda, at the heart of Chianti Classico. The farming is organic, and the cellar work is decidedly low-tech. These are wines with deep fruit and a range of savoury aromas and flavours that evolve beautifully in the glass, married with a fine structure that makes them naturals at the dinner table. This is what real Chianti Classico is all about!
