Caviar Tasting Atelier

Join us for an intimate Caviar Atelier hosted by caviar specialist Grégoire Doulain, featuring exceptional caviars from Kaviari.

Grégoire works closely with chefs and fine dining establishments across Canada, sharing his expertise in caviar and other exceptional ingredients while guiding guests through refined tasting experiences.

For this special evening, Chef James will join the atelier to lead live cooking demonstrations and guide guests through a series of hands-on preparations. Together, they will explore how caviar can elevate simple, elegant dishes that can easily be recreated at home.
