Join Insider Wine founder Alex Abbott Boyd for a rare look at the new face of Australian wine. Fresh from exploring Victoria in January, Alex has brought back bottles from artisanal producers championing lighter, fresher, more elegant styles than those that made Australia famous.
Taste the champagne-method sparklings of House of Arras (Australia’s most awarded sparkling winery), Chardonnay from the high elevations of the Australian Alps, Burgundian Pinot Noir from By Farr (featured in Somm 3) alongside Yarra Valley Pinot with striking echoes of Oregon.
Each wine will be paired with exceptional dishes, making for an evening that combines discovery, great food, and conversation with fellow wine lovers.
