Drop in Tasting: Winestillery & Chioccioli

Winestillery is an unprecedented production reality and is proudly the first and only independent craft distillery in the Chianti Classico region. In fact, our company is located in Gaiole in Chianti, where over 300 years ago the famous Chianti wine tradition was born.

In the distillery, each phase of production has been designed to be done first hand by the team, with an approach that is both artisanal and refined. Everything makes sense in our production process and nothing is left to chance.

Chioccioli Altadonna wines represent a limited production of a few thousand bottles, which are made exclusively in the best vintages. Our purest terroir in its most radical form. The wine cellar is designed to produce local wines, in the purest expression of the terroir. The work in the cellar is handcrafted by the family, handmade in particular directly by Niccolò, the family's second generation of oenologists.
