About the Event
Hubert Joyeux is a winemaker at Domaine La Cendrillon, in the Corbières appellation in the South of France.
After an initial career in the automotive industry, he returned to take over his family estate—passed down through several generations.
Today, he crafts terroir-driven wines with a precise, hands-on approach in the vineyard and a strong focus on authenticity, balance, and Mediterranean character.
