About the Event
Fabienne’s family has farmed grapes in Champagne for over 200 years. Her wines are quickly becoming cult favorites in Toronto for their precision, elegance, and outstanding value.
Shashi Singh, originally from India, built her wine career in Australia’s Mornington Peninsula. After eight years working under Bass Phillip and converting her own vineyard to biodynamics, she launched Avani Wines — crafting ethereal, perfumed Syrah and compelling Chardonnay that have captivated wine lovers worldwide.
