Come discover and enjoy some of the finest French producers of their respective appellation with Eric Thomassin (Canadian Substitute Candidate for Best Sommelier in the World 2004) of Maitre de Chai wine agency.
From Bonnigal-Bodet (rising start and son-in-law of famed Montlouis François Chidaine) to Thibaud Boudignon based in Savennières in Loire (listed on 30 of 33 Three Stars Michelin in France), we’ll also compare two Sangiovese from Franco Pacenti of Montalcino and Yves Laccia (long time leader of Corsica), to finish with Chandon de Briailles being one of the very finest Côte de Beaune producer and their 98 point stunner 2020 Corton-Bressandes.
