About the Event
Organic, classic, powerful. The dry Rieslings of legendary German estate Scholl Vollrads have been world famous for centuries. Founded in 1211 in the Rheingau, the estate has had time to truly perfect every aspect of growing and making incredible Riesling. Today, they are a member of the VDP, a privately organized group of Germany’s top dry Riesling producers.
Join Insider Wine for an evening in which we will explore the full range of iconic wines from Schloss Vollrads paired with great food from Chef Justin. We will taste well-aged expressions of the estates two Grand Cru (GG in German) vineyards, in addition to wines that celebrate the estates rich history such as is Goethe Riesling, named after the poet who spent time at their castle.
