About Matt Chong
Chong Tea Co  brings the tea house experience to life where guests join us in exploring the  sensory experience of tea. Since 2016, we’ve been curating tea tasting experiences for groups of all sizes. Our goal is to inform and educate our guests on how tea is as complex of a beverage as fine wine and whiskey. Matt is a Chinese Tea Master and has trained as a Tea Sommelier. Matt has been featured in prominent Canadian media as a tea expert on CHCH Morning Television, Global News, and Notable Life. He also competes annually in local and global tea competitions specializing in teas from China.
About Matt Sinagoga
Matt's mixology journey began during Covid-19. After months of isolation, Matt craved a classic Whisky Sour. He purchased his first shaker set, watched instructional videos online, and that was the spark that ignited his passion. Now, he enthusiastically share these incredible recipes through virtual and private classes. He is grateful for the opportunity to bring people together through the art of a finely-crafted drink. Most evenings, you'll find him enjoying a whisky cocktail or savoring a craft beer.Â
