This exclusive dinner will feature a curated selection of vintages, each a powerful expression of Sangiovese and the unique terroir of the Conca d’Oro in Panzano.
We are honoured to welcome Giovanni Manetti, Estate Director of Fontodi and current President of the Chianti Classico Consorzio, as our special guest for the evening. A passionate steward of Tuscan viticulture, Giovanni will share rare insights into the history, philosophy, and future of Chianti Classico, as well as the story behind Flaccianello’s rise to global acclaim.
