Robin Morgan of Macaloney Distillers will be guiding us through a 4 course paired tasting of some of Canada's finest Whisky.

• Killeigh - Canadian Island Triple Distilled Pot Still Whisky
• Searaidh Braiche - Canadian Island Single Malt Spirit
• Peated Darach Braiche - Canadian Island Peated Single Malt Spirit

Food Menu:

• Salmon salad, house cure, baby gem lettuce, radicchio, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fried capers, champagne vinaigrette 
• Grilled octopus, lulo passionfruit sauce, chili oil, fingerling potato and puffed quinoa. 
• Dry aged ribeye, bone marrow pomme puree, grilled ramps, bordelaise sauce
• Banana and hazelnut brioche bread pudding, vanilla and triple distilled anglaise
