1030 - Champagne Toast and Ball Drop (streamed from Newfoundland) 

11pm - VC Closes

2nd course -

east coast lobster, scallop mousse, squid ink, bisque  

4th course - 

Albertan Bison Striploin & Bone Marrow 

celeriac, roasted shallot, perigord truffle, bone marrow jus gras

Chocolate, Cherry & Peanut Butter Tart
