About the Event
We will be uncorking the VC’s own barrel of 2023 Churchside Chardonnay, alongside a selection of library Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from Closson Chase Vineyard.
The evening’s wines will be carefully paired to complement the menu and showcase the character of Prince Edward County.
Chef Justin has created a bespoke five-course pairing menu, designed to highlight each wine and elevate the overall tasting experience.
