About the Event

This four-course dinner is built around a blind tasting concept, pairing Old World and New World wines side by side with each course.

Guests will be invited to taste, compare, and discuss contrasting styles, regions, and philosophies — without knowing which wine comes from where until revealed. The wines for this dinner are curated and represented by Roger & Co.

The menu has been designed to support structure, balance, and texture, allowing each pairing to highlight how terroir and winemaking approach influence the final expression in the glass. A relaxed yet engaging format that encourages conversation, curiosity, and discovery throughout the evening.
