- Casarece aglio e olio, fennel chili sausage, datterini tomatoes, grilled rapini, Romano
- Papardelle, wild boar ragu, parsnip chips, shaved Parmigiano
- Mixed green salad, orange segments, shaved fennel, toasted pine nuts, white balsamic vinaigrette
- Lobster ravioli, lobster, prawn and crab filling, butter poached Canadian lobster tail, truffle brown butter, crispy tarragon
