About the Event
An intimate evening celebrating the wines of San Filippo alongside visiting winemaker Thomas Bianciardi.
Born in Reims and raised between Chianti and Montalcino, Thomas has been surrounded by wine from an early age. After completing his Oenology and Viticulture Degree in Florence, he travelled extensively through some of the world’s most renowned wine regions, exploring different philosophies of viticulture and winemaking before joining San Filippo in 2019.
Today, Thomas oversees the entire winemaking process at San Filippo, with a particular passion for Sangiovese and the unique expression of Montalcino terroir.
Throughout the evening, guests will explore a selection of San Filippo wines ranging from vibrant Rosso di Montalcino to single-vineyard Brunello expressions, paired with a multi-course dinner crafted by the VC culinary team.
