This four-course dinner is built around precise seafood preparations and classic Burgundy pairings, with wines curated by CGU Fine Wines.
Each dish has been designed to highlight balance, texture and freshness, with selections that naturally complement the flavors on the plate.
The evening focuses on clean execution, thoughtful pairings and a relaxed table experience — allowing guests to explore Burgundy through food in a clear, elegant and intentional way.
The evening will be guided by Julie Garton, Advanced Sommelier, who will introduce and contextualize each wine as it is served.
