About the Event
Just like wine, choosing which cut of beef to cook for dinner can be intimidating and frustrating. "Which cut? How aged? What's the aging process? Where is the meat sourced from?" are all questions we consider.
To help with this, VC Lombard will be hosting steak tastings each week, focusing on a specific cut of 3 different grades, all prepared in the same way and served side by side.
This Wednesday, ribeye!
Cuts:
5 oz AAA Alberta Angus
5 oz AAA Ontario Dry Aged
5 oz Wagyu Snake River, gold grade (American)
Sides: sautéed broccolini, grilled maitake mushrooms, duck fat fingerling potatoes
This offering will be available from 6:00pm until 9:00pm on Wednesday May 4.
