  • Shrimp ceviche - lulo passionfruit sauce, thai chili curls, pickled heirloom carrots, quinoa puffs, cilantro
  • Striploin steak - 6oz, citrus chimichuri, roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus   
  • Chocolate bundt cake - ganache centre, raspberry caviar
