• Caol Ila 8 Year Old from Islay

Auchentoshan's Springwood expression, which spends its maturation resting in American oak bourbon casks, was released for travel retail. Rich in vanilla and orange, this is a flavoursome Lowland single malt, from a top distillery that triple distils its whisky.

The flagship expression from the Benriach distillery. This 10 year old Speyside single malt is drawn from ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks after at least a decade of slumber, resulting in a malt that shows off the distillery's style wonderfully.

The GlenDronach 12 Year Old, is allowed to age in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks from Spain, resulting in generous helpings of dried fruit and Christmas spice running through it.

Like a storm gathering off the Kintyre coast, the 15 year old Springbank is dark and ominous, but delicious. Best enjoyed after dinner or with your favourite cigar, this is a true classic.

Distilled in 2012 at Caol Ila comes this eight year old single malt, matured in a bourbon cask until bottling in 2021. This was released as part of indie bottling range The Cooper's Choice, by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. with an outturn of 330 bottles.
