About the Event
Vintage Selector represents a portfolio of small artisanal winegrowers who work thoughtfully, using methods respectful of the earth as well as their place and history. They aim to stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic and constantly evolving wine market of Ontario, and keep their customers' palates engaged and excited.
Most of their growers employ organic and/or biodynamic farming methods (whether certified or not), and all do not use a lot of chemicals in their farming nor additions or corrections in their winemaking. Certain producers can be considered part of the Natural Wine movement, they believe these to be among the very best examples of this approach. They are always focused on quality first, rather than a dogmatic approach to farming or winemaking.
Vintage Selector takes pride in looking for wines of exceptional quality and value across all price points, styles and regions. They come from a background of hospitality and always aim to do business in a way that values our suppliers, staff and customers, and provides knowledgeable and professional service.
