White Elephant Wine Gift Exchange - VC King

To participate, bring your own wrapped bottle and join the fun! Please note we'll have a $50 budget per bottle!

Toast to the season with our White Elephant Wine Exchange. Join us for an evening of merry swaps and delightful surprises as we trade and unwrap an assortment of wines, from the bold and robust to the crisp and sparkling!

White Elephant Rules:

1. Each member brings one wrapped bottle to contribute to a common pool. Please note we'll have a $50 budget per bottle.
2. We'll draw names to determine the order.
3. The first player selects a bottle from the pool and opens it.
4. The following players can choose to either pick an unwrapped bottle from the pool or steal a previous player’s bottle. Anyone who gets their bottle stolen in this way can do the same – choose a new bottle or steal from someone else.
5. After all players have had a turn, the first player gets a chance to swap the bottle they are holding for any other opened bottle. Anyone whose bottle is stolen may steal from someone else (as long as that person hasn’t been stolen from yet). When someone declines to steal a bottle, the game comes to an end.

• A bottle can only be stolen once per turn, which means players who have a bottle stolen from them have to wait to get it back. 
• After three swaps, the turn automatically comes to an end.
• Three Swaps and the Gift is Out. If a bottle gets stolen three times, it’s out of the game and the person who holds it gets to walk away with it.
