N.V. Blanc de Blancs Sparkling
Brut-style (7 g/L RS) with bright lemon zest, soft white rose, green apple, and fresh cream aromas. Extended lees aging adds brioche and almond. Taut palate, lively acidity, and saline minerality lead to a long, restrained finish.
